Behavior Based Safety (BBS)
Our experience has taught us that not all problems in the field of prevention are solved by technical measures or, in general, with investment. The cause of many accidents and occupational diseases, in many cases, can be attributed to human behaviour.
This is why we advocate the application of techniques related to Behavior Based Safety (BBS), including:
Initial diagnosis of preventive management. Identification of critical points.
Definition of action plan:
o Corrective measures on plant and equipment.
o Informative measures for example training and signage.
o Human Resources and organizational measures (HR), including reports, supervision and controls.
o Changing work processes.
o BBS Programs only when the above actions have been completed.
