Definition of necessary documentation.
Correct and appropriate relationships with the Public Administration.
Drawing up of Official Projects and its Detailed Addenda.
Verification or Drawing up of Detail Addenda of the project according to the current industry regulations.
Integration of project documents in the administrative proceedings and the review such documents thereafter.
Perform Public Administration (or similar) clarifications during the evaluation of the project.
Follow administrative procedures to obtain the required permits and authorizations.
Technical and legal due diligence.
